These terms apply to your use of this website, desmaraisautomations.ca. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These are website terms. They are not the Auto Intake service agreement — see section 4.

2. This website is informational

This website describes what Desmarais Automations does and what Auto Intake is. It is provided for general information.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract between us. Descriptions, capabilities, and prices shown here may change, and we may correct or update the site at any time. We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions.

We make no promise of any particular business result, revenue, lead volume, response time, or uptime, and nothing on this website should be read as one.

3. Contacting us does not create a service relationship

Emailing us does not start a service, and it does not create a client relationship or a service agreement between us. It starts a conversation.

4. A separate written agreement governs the paid service

If you go ahead with Auto Intake, the service is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Desmarais Automations, entered into before the service starts.

That agreement — not this website and not these terms — sets out what is included, pricing and payment, the commitment period, the rules applied to your inquiries, each party’s responsibilities, and how the arrangement can end. Where this website and that agreement differ,the signed agreement governs.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, design, photographs, logos, and the “Desmarais Automations” and “Auto Intake” names — is owned by Desmarais Automations or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view the site, and print or save pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content, or use our name, logo, or branding, without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully and reasonably. Do not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or anything connected to it;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, or place an unreasonable load on it;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, including collecting the email addresses shown on this site in order to send unsolicited messages;
• misrepresent yourself as us or as connected with us;
• use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.

7. Links to other sites

This site may link to websites we do not control. We provide links for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue this website, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or error.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Desmarais Automations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — this website, however caused.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This section applies to this website only. Liability in connection with the Auto Intake service is dealt with in the separate written agreement described in section 4.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction. This does not affect any right you may have to bring a claim elsewhere where the law requires or allows it.
